Business had been going well, until this week. Our class had just found out that we are no longer allowed to be selling food items or any items of that matter on our campus. Why? Well it turns out that it wasn't cleared with our administration. Starting from now, we are supposed to donate what we have to our cause and are sadly coming to a close with this project. Although, the kōkua (help) doesn't stop there! Thank you all for the support!
The kind of leadership qualities that I had hoped to take out of this kahiau project were communication, responsibility, and determination. Without these three qualities I don't think that I would've really tried as hard to contribute to what I had committed to. Being that we are a group made of three, communication was key. We needed to make sure each of us knew what we were doing. in order to complete our weekly "do to" list and to make sure of that, we each needed to take responsibility for a certain task. Finally, determination because without the motivation to help our cause, we wouldn't be passionate in trying to help others!.
